The Foodworks Exchange Team

The Key Shareholders and Directors of the Company are Dato Lim Say Chong, Chartchai Pusavat and Ronald Koh.

Dato Lim Say Chong is currently the Chairman, Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Berhad and a Trustee of Standard Chartered Trust Fund Ti-Ratana Welfare Society, Kuala Lumpur. He is also a Director of Mulpha International Berhad and the Hon. Auditor of the Malaysia Economic Association. He was previously the Managing Director, ICI (MALAYSIA) Group and Managing Director, Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad.

In addition, Dato Lim has also help many prestigious positions including President of the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MICCI), Vice-President, of the The National Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Malaysia (NCCIM): and Council Member of the ASEAN Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ACCI).

Chartchai Pusavat is currently the Chairman of Techfast Holding Berhad. Prior to this, he was an Executive Director of Rashid Hussain Berhad, Karambunai Corp Berhad, Tuan Sing Holdings Limited and SPP Limited, which are listed on the KLSE or SGX. He also held directorships in FACB Berhad and Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad and senior positions in Touche Ross & Co (merged with Deloitte, and now known as Deloitte Touche & Co.), NM Rothschild and CEF Singapore (which are licensed Merchant Banks).

Chartchai is an accountant by profession. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Felllow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Singapore and CPA Australia. Chartchai also holds a MBA from Southern Cross University, NSW, Australia.

Ronald Koh, the Executive Director of The Foodworks Exchange since August 2005, has helped the company to establish itself as a successful boutique F&B cluster operator.

After graduating with a BSc (Real Estate Management) Hons, he worked with the Urban Redevelopment Authority and the Ministry of National Development in Singapore. Subsequently, after obtaining an MBA from the University of British Columbia, Canada, he was involved with corporate finance advisory work with NM Rothschild and CEF Singapore (which are licensed Merchant Banks). Since 1993, he has been running his own corporate consultancy company.
