HOTPOT CULTURE



A restaurant where two meals are never the same.

For lunch, over 30 local favourites such as Sweet Potato Porridge, Curry Chicken and Braised Duck will be set out in a buffet for diners to choose from.

The dinner menu however aims to fulfil the restaurant's slogan of 'One Pot, Many Cultures'. Basic broths include Hot & Spicy Broth (aka Tom Yum), Kim Chee Broth and Herbal Broth. Ala Carte dishes of mainly Asian Cuisine will also be available to accompany the hotpot. To round off the meal, diners get a pick from several Dessert Delights such as the Chocolate Fondue.
